This page describes the information used by Mount Zion’s website and application, and the choices available when you share it.

Your account

Mount Zion uses your account information, such as your name and email, to identify you and provide sign-in and email verification. Profile information and images you add are used by the features where you choose to share them.

Community and church spaces

Posts, comments, messages, prayer requests and uploaded media are shown to the audience of the space you use. Public community posts can be seen by other Mount Zion users. Church features use membership and leadership roles to control access. Consider the audience before sharing personal information.

Birthdays and device permissions

You can manage birthday visibility and celebration preferences in the app’s birthday settings. Camera, photo and microphone access is used for features such as uploading media or joining prayer audio when you choose to use them.

This download website

The download website displays product previews and links to Mount Zion. It does not ask you to create an account or submit personal information here. App sign-in happens at the separate Mount Zion web app.

Optional financial support

When you choose to support Mount Zion, your Mount Zion account stores your payment amount, reference, payment status and any note you choose to provide. Payment details are entered on Yoco’s hosted checkout page. Mount Zion does not collect your card details. The public support page lets you choose an amount and continue to the app; it does not collect personal or payment details.
